Orders ship from our US fulfillment center, so most of the country gets their order within a week of ordering.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm PT begin processing the next business day.

Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. International shipping is coming — join our list and we'll tell you when.

Tracking your order

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after it's issued.

Wrong address?

Email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll fix it if the parcel hasn't shipped. Once it's with the carrier we can't reroute it — but we'll help you sort it out.

Lost, late or damaged

If tracking hasn't moved in five business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you — you don't need to chase the carrier yourself.
